The years below highlight the River Hills history thus far:

1988–1989 – Designed by Tom Jackson.

1989 – Opened to rave reviews.

2003 – Extensive $2 million dollar renovation by then-owner Benjy Hardee (of Hardee & Son Construction) to make the course “friendlier.”

2014 – River Hills was purchased by Yiqian Funding, which has formed Founders Group International (FGI).
